Junior Account Manager DACH
What will you be doing?
As Junior Account Manager you will be responsible for the account management of a substantial group of properties. You will be working closely with properties (hotels) and other departments, such as Content Marketing, Business Analysis and Online Marketing. The Account Manager improves existing products and sales campaigns to be offered to our Property accounts with the objective to grow our business and develop stronger positions in the distribution mix of our property accounts.
What does your day look like?
Of course your day starts with a nice coffee. You will spend your time on growing the current network and have frequent contact with your customers: a substantial group of hotels. Your role consists of:
Business Development: you will be responsible for the growth of your accounts, improve the existing products and sales campaigns, support your colleague account manager support where necessary, negotiate and contact the hotels which are already our customers in the DACH region.
Planning & Organization: you will keep your own administration in CRM and monthly planning on projects.
Analysis & KPI’s: you will define BookerZzz’ market position by analyzing market and business figures and set the business targets. Primarily objective is the growth of our labels in the existing markets. You will benchmark your accounts and set goals based on KPI’s like revenue.
Coaching & Tutorship: you will be a role model and coach the account manager support, you will provide training (like account management skills) to your colleagues.
How does your team look like?
The Account Management team DACH consists of the Team Lead, a Senior Account Manager, 1 Medior Account Manager, 1 Junior Account Manager (this vacancy), and 2 Account Manager Support

Who are we looking for?

You have:
  • An Higher education/academic degree or equivalent ability (preferably Tourism and Hotel Management);
  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in Account Management;
  • Commercial and sales skills;
  • Key User knowledge level of Sales CRM applications
  • Good written and verbal communicative skills;
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Track record of commercial and sales skills;
  • Experience in Leisure/Hotel industry;
  • (Near) Native German speaker, German nationality is a strong plus.
  • Master of the Dutch and/or English language;
